Received defective piece

Hi! I received an OnlyKey Duo yesterday and looks like it’s a defective piece. In the laptop USB-C port, it works only some times and only in some ports. When I touch the keys, it often powers off. On reinserting too, it doesn’t power up again until I try reinserting it a few times. I’ve tried with two different laptops and multiple ports. It wasn’t detected on my Pixel 7 pro either in numerous tries. I also tried pulling out the USB-A part and then reinserting it. Nothing helped.

I would like to talk to someone at the company who can help resolve this. Can you accept a return for it? I would not want to pay shipping for the return of a defective piece.
