Hi y’all!
I’ve ordered and received a brand-new OnlyKey - but it does not work.
When plugging it into several different computers, usb-hubs (powered or not), different cables and direct connections, different orientations (just in case)… the key remains dead.
The LED does not activate / pulse, it does not get recognized as a new device, it does not get recognized by the OnlyKey app and the QuickSetup does not work either. Tried it on both current Windows as well as Linux desktops that work otherwise flawlessly with all kinds of USB stuff.
It seems like my key is just simply broken.
My use-case for the OnlyKey is still there, so I’d like to have a working key.
How do I get a replacement?
