OnlyKey Desktop App Not Connecting my onlykey

The desktop app continually disconnects from the connected onlykey and asks “Please connect your OnlyKey”. Note: the onlykey is plugged in. Also, at times when I kill the desktop or remove/insert the onlykey again, it temporarily connects but then after like 5 secs, it disconnects and presents the aforementioned message again.

Has anyone experienced this before? or recently?

Have you tried on a different computer to verify? Sounds like a faulty OnlyKey or connection rather than an app issue.

I use 4 OnlyKeys for several years now, on different computers. I’ve never encountered this issue. Thus, it may be related to the computer, rather than the OnlyKey.
