Thanks again for responding. Based on your comment, I self-destruct the key, and re-setup. Now the backup is working normally. I suppose the last time I set up in a PD mode unintentionally, because:
- The backup key on the primary profile didn’t work (hung, as mentioned)
- The FIDO2/WebAuthn 2FA/passkeys didn’t work with the primary profile either.
Now, both 1 and 2 are working with the primary profile.
