Hi all, I have just received my onlykey DUO and one of the main reasons to go for the onlykey DUO was the ability to use it on my phone. Unfortunately when I plug in the onlykey into the USB-C port of my Oneplus Nord the key is not recognized by my phone and even the LED’s are not lighting up. On my laptop everything works fine. Is there something I’m missing or is my phone not supported? Is this something that can be fixed?
It might be that the phone USB-C port is damaged. OnlyKey DUO requires that all of the power pins of a USB-C port are functional, other adapters may work with some of the power pins not working so you may be able to use a 3rd party usb-c to usb-a adapter.
