I am a fresh user of onlykey. I tried to use the OnlyKey on OS X as a security key, and the OS doesn’t detect my key. I always stay on the screen insert and activate your security key

I have obvioulsy tried to disconnect / reconnect my onlyKey and also insert a pin.
Could you help me with this ?

What website are you trying to use this with? Also make sure OnlyKey is unlocked with your PIN before using it as a security key.
I have tried Google, Github, Apple and bitwarden.
Every time my key was unlocked with my pin.
The only success that i had, was the creation of my Google security key, but i can’t use it (on Brave).
I have tried on Firefox, Brave and Safari.
Are you able to use on a Windows PC? If so then the issue is probably a MacOS setting, if the key also doesn’t work on PC then it could be a hardware issue with the Onlykey.
I don’t have any windows to hand apart a surface tablet. I have a spare key. I will try with the spare key and look for any mac ox settings tomorrow. And if I can’t find a solution, I’ll look at the surface tablet this weekend( it’s not used very often).
I understood what was wrong, I had a conflict between my Bitwarden extension in my browser and a UX/UI problem when using the key. You need to look closely at the lights on the key to understand when and how to validate the use of a security key.
