Factory reset not working on DUO

I am attempting to run the “factory reset” sequence for the DUO described here: OnlyKey DUO User's Guide | Docs

That procedure is, as I understand it: hold down #1 for 10 seconds (flash red), then hold down #2 for 20 seconds.

When I hold down #1 for 10 seconds, it does not flash red. Instead, I get a single yellow blink, as if it registered as a single tap.

I was able to perform the factory reset once on this unit. Subsequent attempts have failed.

It turns out this was related to: Accidentally set DUO pin longer than 10 numbers and can't change it - #2 by ellbur

Fixing that problem fixed this problem.
