When I try to decrypt a file, I’m prompt to tap a challenge on my onlykey. However, even if I tap it correctly, the system always says that the challenge was incorrect

Can you verify you are trying to decrypt using the correct public key (Keybase user ID or protonmail email) that is loaded on your onlykey?
EDIT - Just rewatched your video, the problem is that nothing was entered in the sender public key field
