My onlykey duo has failed within a month of ownership. Shortly after plugging in the device it goes back to a white LED. I was able to reload the firmware, but after a few minutes, the computer says the device is no longer recognized and the LED is white again. If I let it sit long enough, I might be able to get it to be recognized just long enough to unlock it again, but it continues to do this. Is there any support or replacement guarantee?
