Seems to be a major oversight here but how are we supposed to use the onscreen keyboard on an iphone/ios device while the onlykey is plugged in?
On ios 18.7 it seems impossible. Tried absolutely everything, even enabling sys admin mode and assigning a modifier key to a physical slot, then in ios under hardware keyboards changing the modifier key for that key to the globe output which is supposed to show the onscreen keyboard… Still no dice. I’ve tried every single option in accessibility and assistive touch settings, none of them or any configuration of them seem to work. On iphone I get no little keyboard icon in the bottom right, and no carrot arrow in the bottom right either, the onscreen keyboard just completely disappears and will not come back unless I unplug the onlykey.
What good is the device for a mobile/ios device if I have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in every time I want to enter a password or just to navigate around the os?!
I’m praying someone has a solution to this or else for my use case I just bought an $80 paper weight… And it’s not even heavy enough to be a good one lol.
