@sit.cwi It sounds like you may have enabled full wipe mode on device, with this a factory default wipes all data and also firmware:
You just have to download and load the firmware in the OnlyKey App by following instructions in the User’s Guide here - https://docs.crp.to/upgradeguide.html#download-firmware
