OnlyKey interfering with my Yubikey

OnlyKey successfully enters my password, and username. Once the two factor authentication comes up it seems to be responding immediately, before I can touch my YubiKey. I never put my YubiKey stuff in. Currently, I have to pull the OnlyKey from the machine, and retry with my YubiKey. I don’t want to save my two factor to the OnlyKey.

Is there any means of turning this behavior off?

I think you are looking for the HMAC User Input Mode setting in the Preferences tab of the Onlykey app, except I also thought it defaulted to requiring a button press. Maybe I’m remembering wrong.

Tried turning everything on to button presses. Doesn’t seem to work. Must be an issue with how the Onlykey interacts with Qubes.
