Incomplete Backup

OnlyKey hangs on backup

I just got a new OnlyKey. I was able to get the backup to be typed out once, passing the verification. After some configurations later, when I tried to backup (using the #1 - 5+ second key), I just got the header, i.e. “-----BEGIN ONLYKEY BACKUP-----”, and then the LED went yellow and appeared to hang. I have set the backup/restore passphrase. Have experimented with typing speed from 4, 8, 9, 10, all with the same results. Any ideas? Thx.
