Using firmware 3.0.4-prodc. I reset my Onlykeys using the self-destruct PIN. I re-registered passkeys with my online accounts. The passkeys work fine. However when I back up and restore to my spare Onlykey, the slot data restores perfectly, but none of the passkeys are restored. The onlykey-cli credentials command returns “no registered credentials on this device.” I tried repeating the whole process, including resetting the Windows PIN, but the problem persists. The original key is still working perfectly. What am I doing wrong?
This may be unrelated, but I also notice the size of the back up / restore file is about 2x what it used to be.
EDIT: I removed one of the passkey credentials from the source key, repeated the backup and restore procedure, and now the backup key displays credentials properly. Why did this work? No idea whatsoever. I suspected a problem with that credential because it had a much longer Username and wasn’t working on the account web page.
