Purchase in Russia?

Hello. Is it possible to purchase and get delivered only key to Russia?
When ordering from amazon.com in Russia it says “Currently Unavailable” “We don’t know when and if this item will be back in stock”. However, if I view the same page from another country it says it is in stock and available for purchase.
2) I also found one at Ebay. Is it safe to order OnlyKey from the user with the name estein99?
