Please update the documentation for "onlykey-cli" in Linux

You should add details to the installation procedure for Linux.

At least on Ubuntu 20.10, once installed, the Python script onlykey-cli can be find under ~/.local/bin/.

 denis@labo:~$ find ~ -name "onlykey-cli" -print
 /home/denis/.local/bin/onlykey-cli
