Does the backup function also backup the FIDO2/WebAuthn 2FA keys, including the passkeys? Yes, OnlyKey supports up to 12 resident FIDO2 keys, these are the passwordless passkeys

For non-resident key (i.e. FIDO2/WebAuthn used in 2FA): no limits.
