I used autoslot for my pgp key and i added an openssh key with auto slot as well.
now i know that there are defaults but i want to know if there is a way to know which slots exactly are the ones that are occupied.

There isn’t an automated feature for that but you can set the key label with the onlykey CLI v 1.2.5 like this:
$ setkey ECC1 label MyGPGKey1
https://docs.crp.to/command-line.html#key-config-options
You can view keylabels in the CLI or by holding button #2 on OnlyKey for 8+ seconds:
