2FA slot reads NOTSET until I open the OnlyKey app

I have slots where no username, pw information is recorded, only TOTP info. When I attempt to 2FA, the key prints out “NOTSET” until I open the OnlyKey app on my computer. This obviously won’t generalize well. How to fix?

TOTP requires current time so the app is required or apps.crp.to.
