Accounts shared by multiple people

I’m an idjit trying to figure this out, so please forgive me for being ignant.

Is there any way to set up accounts so that different keys will work for the same account for MFA?

E.g. - My wife and I share an Amazon and Netflix account. I want to have a key for MFA and password management for all of my accounts. I want my wife to have a key for MFA and password management on all of her accounts. But can MFA be set up so that either key is recognized?

I’m not sure if I’m explaining this well. Because, see point 1.

You can add multiple security keys to your account (FIDO2) so either can be used.

You can also add the same TOTP key to multiple keys and then they will generate the same one time code
