# Stuck on solid red light

I tried using my OK for the first time in a while today. When I plug it in I immediately get a solid red light. After trying a few times on a few different computers I was able to get the onlykey app to say it was locked one time. I was able to use my pin and access everything.
I am now back stuck at a solid red light, every few random tries when I plug it in the light will come on red turn off for a moment then come back on solid red.
When the light is red the app opens to the firmware update tab. If I try to update the firmware it looks as if it works, the onlykey resets and goes right back to the solid red light.

I was thinking maybe hardware error also. It has lived on my keychain almost every day since I got it.
I have had it for three years. What are they chances they would do anything besides tell me to buy a new one? And I can’t even do that because they are not in stock anywhere 🙁
It almost seems like they have been discontinued??

I just noticed this in the app.
When I plug in my OK it says uninitialized bootloader.
