# Solid orange LED

My onlykey only has a solid orange light when plugged in and I can’t enter a PIN. Key presses aren’t recognized.

It is recognized by the onlykey app, but it shows the guided setup. When I put in a passphrase and hit next it just clears the passphrase fields, no error. I know they match because I tried mismatched passphrases and that gives an error.

Is there a way to reset my onlykey or is it broken?

That sounds like hardware failure
