# OnlyKey FIDO2 account limit?

I unexpectedly ran into a limit of FIDO2 accounts (Google/Microsoft) that could be added, using a certain other hardware security key brand. This brand sells another model which can hold more accounts. But I do not feel like paying the steep price they demand for it.

Therefore, I would like to know what the limit of to FIDO2 accounts that can be stored with OnlyKey.

For passkeys, 12.

For non-resident key (i.e. FIDO2/WebAuthn used in 2FA): no limits.
