# OnlyKey Duo works on tablet but not smartphone

I’m a little perplexed, I’ve experimented with the OnlyKey Duo for a few days on my laptop and everything worked perfectly. I plugged it into my Samsung Tab S5e tablet and everything worked well. However, when I plug it into my wife’s Samsung Note 10, nothing is being outputted at all, even static passwords. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Do other features like FIDO2 work? You can test here if the OnlyKey connects - [https://apps.crp.to/](https://apps.crp.to/)

That is odd, we have had some other reports of issues on some samsung devices, but all of the samsung devices we have tested have worked.

Nope the website didn’t connect to the key. It’s fine for my use case since this is my key and not my wife’s, but just wanted to see if I was doing something wrong.

It works flawlessly on my wife’s device now, thank you for the quick fix!!
