# OnlyKey duo is not recognized at all

I ordered two OnlyKey duo in that of them never getting recognized in my laptop. I think it’s a hardware related issue, How to reach to support? I didn’t get any reply from [orders@onlykey.io](mailto:orders@onlykey.io)
