# OnlyKey App not setting time on OnlyKey Duo

I’m running the OnlyKey App on Mac OS and OATH-TOTP codes are returning `NOTSET` each time. Restarting the app after unlocking fixes this.

5.3.6 fixes the issue.  
It also fixes the issue where the slot labels don’t load reliably.
