I miss the open source cloud Nextcloud on [works with onlykey.](https://onlykey.io/pages/works-with-onlykey)  
U2F and TOTP have been working in Nextcloud for years. Nextcloud admins may enforce the use of 2FA. Nextcloud, Github and Gitlab were my first OnlyKey use cases.
