# LED's stopped working

I have been using my Onlykey DUO for the past few months and today when I went to use it none of the LED came on. I tryed it in several different USB ports on several differing machines with the same results. In a PC the onlykey application ID’s the only key and the key seems to work fine but none of the LED’s work. I have tried reloading the firmware. Same result.

App v5.3.5
