# Included keychain clip broke my Onlykey

I love my 2 Onlykeys, I have both models. I had attached the small one to my keychain with the included clip and within 2 days it had already snapped off. It still works, but I hate it. they should really reconsider including that attachment. I can’t afford to get a new one, so I’ll make do.

I guess this counts as contacting support, I wish y’all would publish an email for support.

I took a dremel to it and smoothed out the contacts at least. This will work but it’s hard to remove from the USB port.
