# Error installing the app for OnlyKey Duo

Downloaded the app for Only Key Duo to Windows 10 pc but while installing received error message  
Error opening file for writing C:\Program Files(x86)\OnlyKey\d3dcompiler\_47.dll

Do you have permission to install apps on the Windows PC? You typically need admin privileges to install apps.
